Finals at school are coming and that only means stress. I have so much to read and papers to write that just thinking about them makes me very anxious. So to cope with my anxiety I avoid my books and papers. Well I think that is called procrastination, but I rather call it my "coping mechanism"!
My best way to reduce anxiety is to create or "do" something like painting. So one afternoon instead of doing school work I decided to do rock painting and jewelry making and it was way more interesting than opening my books!!
